Childbirth & Family Education

The Childbirth & Family Education (CBFE) program prepares families for birth by offering a wide variety of classes that include childbirth preparation, labor techniques, understanding the usual medications, pain management, breastfeeding, essentials in caring for your newborn, pediatric CPR, sibling preparation and sessions with specific information on Cesarean Birth and Vaginal Birth After Cesarean (VBAC).

Classes are available for any family interested in making their birth a positive and memorable experience for all involved at a most important time.

Childbirth Preparation Classes

Announcing our new "Fast Track Saturday Class" for Childbirth and Family Education classes. This Saturday course focuses on information needed to prepare for labor and delivery. Emphasis is placed on relaxation and breathing techniques, coach's role and tips on making your childbirth experience more comfortable.
