DMC Foundation is a nonprofit community-based organization meeting the federal designation as a 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization.  Contributions to the Foundation (Taxpayer ID Number 51-0140385) are tax deductible. We depend on donations from caring individuals and organizations to support the programs and services we provide.  Please take a moment to help us in our efforts by making a secure online donation by selecting the "Donate" button below: 

Combined Federal Campaign (CFC). 
DMC Foundation is eligible for donations from Federal workers during the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) that is conducted from October 2008 ending January 2009.  If you are a Federal worker please use code 57887 when you complete your pledge form.  Your donation to DMC Foundation is greatly appreciated and will help the many people in need that we serve.
 

Doctors Medical Center (DMC)

Doctors Medical Center employees may donate to DMC Foundation through Doctors Medical Center payroll.  If you would like more information about the health education programs and services of DMC Foundation and to enroll for donating, please contact the Doctors Medical Center Human Resources department.  Your donation is greatly appreciated.
