Our
Diabetes Self-Management Education Program is nationally
recognized by the American Diabetes Association. The
program provides prevention education and management services
through group and individual sessions by Certified Diabetes
Educators. Community involvement includes, annual Diabetes
Info Fair, supports groups in diabetes screenings, and a
partnership with school nurses in the "Prevention of Diabetes
in Children".

Nutrition
Counseling Services: Our nutrition counseling is staffed
by master prepared registered dietitians with expertise in
adult, pediatric, prenatal and geriatric nutrition.
Nutrition-related conditions we address include diabetes,
blood lipids (cholesterol and triglycerides), hypertension,
kidney disease before dialysis, polycystic ovarian syndrome,
hypoglcemia, gluten intolerance (celiac disease), irritable
bowel syndrome, gastroesophageal reflux disease, and obesity.
Medical nutrition therapy is provided by appointment only, we
offer both group and individual sessions.
