The DMC Foundation's Mission is to provide
"Health Through Education." DMC Foundation
strives for healthier communities in
Stanislaus County California. The
Foundation provides many locally organized,
run and supported programs and services that
enhance the quality of life for thousands of
people with health care and health education
needs.
The Foundation administers vitally needed community health
programs to the by applying for grants, to private
funding sources such as the Antone E. & Marie F. Raymus
Foundation and the Mary Stuart Rogers Foundation. We
also apply to State and Federal agencies to bring our tax
dollars back into Stanislaus County. Fees charged for classes
or services fund several of our educational programs. Many are
at very low or no cost to the participants. Donations from
area business and individuals as well as an annual fund
raising event support much of our work. We continue to depend
heavily on the generosity of the community to support and
guide the health education that improves the quality of life
of our residents.
With approximately 70 employees and educators, the
Foundation has a respected track record of fiscal
accountability and delivering quality service throughout our
